MJ99 Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome to MJ99 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and MJ99 regarding your access to and use of the MJ99 online sports betting and casino platform available at mj99.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any feature of the MJ99 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any way. MJ99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User to access the Platform's betting, casino and cashier features.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a User's Account at any given time, denominated in PKR where supported.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a User's Account, subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Platform" means the MJ99 website, mobile site, associated software and all services accessible through them.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which the Platform's cashier operates where supported.
• "Restricted User" means any individual who is under the minimum eligible age, self-excluded, residing in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume a User must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on MJ99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed with MJ99 or any affiliated platform.
• You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity, for recreational entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the financial benefit of, any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by MJ99 for breach of these Terms.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder, or if you have, you have obtained appropriate professional advice prior to using the Platform.

One Account Per User

Each User may hold only one registered Account. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts, the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds, and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration & KYC

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

MJ99 operates a mandatory KYC verification process for all Accounts before withdrawals are approved. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) issued by NADRA is the standard document for Pakistani residents. A valid passport is also accepted.
• Proof of current residential address, where required (for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months).
• A selfie or liveness-check video, used solely to match your likeness to your submitted identity document.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds, where requested.

All documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. MJ99 will never request that sensitive documents be sent via unencrypted email, instant messaging applications or third-party chat platforms. Do not alter, obscure or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes — doing so constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify MJ99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. MJ99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from payment sources owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted.

Payment Method References

MJ99 may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers from institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual examples. These references are informational only. None of the payment providers named herein endorse, affiliate with or support MJ99 or online gambling. Actual payment method availability is determined within the Platform cashier and may vary by account verification status, operator configuration and provider policies.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit to the same Account, subject to KYC completion.
• Withdrawals requested before mandatory KYC documents have been verified will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• MJ99 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Estimated ranges are provided within the Platform cashier for informational purposes only and are subject to operator, bank and wallet-provider processing times.
• MJ99 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests, as part of its AML obligations.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the MJ99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game, as published within the Platform at the time the bet is placed.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance; once a bet slip is confirmed and accepted, the stated odds are locked.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, MJ99 will apply the rules relevant to the specific market as documented within the Platform's sportsbook rules section.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, domestic Pakistan matches and international Test series — are governed by the cricket-specific rules published within the Platform.
• Live in-play bets may be suspended at any time at MJ99's discretion during live events. Bets placed prior to suspension are honoured subject to event outcome.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Dealer games, operate via a physical shuffle and deal by a professional dealer.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed within the Platform are theoretical, long-run averages calculated over millions of game rounds. They do not represent guaranteed returns over any individual session.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets are void and stakes are returned. MJ99 does not honour payouts resulting from clearly erroneous odds or software bugs.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

MJ99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions and loyalty rewards to eligible registered Users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms stated at the time of each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household, per device and per IP address.
• All Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements are stated clearly within each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within the Account. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC and minimum withdrawal thresholds; Bonus Funds and associated winnings remain subject to Wagering Requirements.
• MJ99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any User found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk staking designed purely to clear wagering requirements, or any other exploitative strategy — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their Account closed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the MJ99 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other point of interaction with MJ99.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or facilitating another person in doing so.
• Engaging in, facilitating or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, layer or integrate funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to generate bets without manual human input, unless explicitly authorised by MJ99 in writing.
• Exploiting software errors, display malfunctions or incorrectly priced odds for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void and will not be paid out.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any Restricted User, including minors.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or any multi-player format.

9 Responsible Gambling

MJ99 is committed to the welfare of its players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial, emotional or social harm, you should stop and seek help.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Account holders at any time through Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Set a maximum session duration or receive periodic reminders of your play time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the MJ99 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content and odds data — is the property of MJ99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, scraping, crawling, framing or reproducing any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent.
• Using any MJ99 trademarks, logos or branding without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering or decompiling any Platform software.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MJ99 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, errors or omissions in Platform availability, including those caused by third-party service providers, network outages or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from reliance on odds, market data or information displayed on the Platform where that information is subject to human or technical error.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits MJ99's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

MJ99 collects and processes personal data — including name, contact details, payment information and identity documents — in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that Policy.

Personal data is used for account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and platform improvement. MJ99 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

MJ99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 14 below.

14 Suspension & Termination

MJ99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A User's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• Operational, legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate Account closure.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after the resolution of pending bets and any outstanding investigations will be returned to the User via the last verified payment method on record, subject to AML compliance checks. Bonus Funds are not returnable under any circumstances.

User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting MJ99 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets will be settled before the Account is formally closed.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. MJ99 does not claim licensing, approval or regulation by any Pakistani government authority, including the PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's license jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause prevents MJ99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
